THE BRIMLEY

In a pint glass half filled with ice, add:

2 ounces Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
½ ounce Luxardo Abano (Italian Bitter Liqueur)
1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove and almond liqueur with a touch of citrus)
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Shake ingredients and pour entire contents into a lowball glass.  Garnish with a brandied cherry or cinnamon stick.
